Have read in several places not to use reloads in glocks. Are there any special concerns using reloads in a sig 226. I'm just starting reloading for the 40S&W and want to make sure it is O.K. to use them in a SIG.

Be aware that the use of reloads will void the factory warranty. When we bought SIGs for the PD, we quit using reloads, but found we could buy the PMC factory stuff for the same money.

The use of reloades in any 40 with a unsupported chamber can result in ruptured cases. I have shot several thousand rounds of reloaded 40s without any problems, But were all in supported chamber guns.

That was the concern that I had. I'm not very familiar with the Glock and the term "unsupported chamber". Does this also apply to the SIG? I've heard of many failures with the Glock but I've never heard of anybody mention one in the SIG.
