Value of .45 GI brass

In my shooting days I collected once fired GI WCC brass, tumble cleaned and sorted by years for competitive shooting in my Gold Cup.That was 2 decades ago and what would the value of the brass be now each??

    For my money not more than the same price of present brass, and only then if the primer pockets were reamed.

    I general see this priced about $.05 each if it is fairly clean. I still shoot a lot of 1969 wcc military brass. I think it is very good and I load it regularly for IDPA matches. I get about 30 loadings with these cases.

    I don't know about WCC specifically, but GA Arms, where I buy most of my components, gets $70 per 1000 (or $.08 per piece in smaller lots) for mixed brands of fired .45acp brass WHEN they have it in stock. I have gotten some WCC cases mixed in with the commercial brass. It's getting harder to find .45acp brass in stock now and there's no guarantee of how many times it's been fired, although everything I have bought there has been good for many reloads.

    Processed (cleaned, reamed, roll-sized, etc.) GI brass is readily available for $0.06 / rd & free shipping from Scharch - http://www.scharch.com/catalog.htm However, I've seen it offered & sold all over the place for the same price 1xF as it sits + shipping, so you should be able to realize close to that where you have it sorted, etc.

    Many years ago, I bought 3,500 WCC69 for about 3 cents each.....however, I don't think we'll see those prices again.I'd say that cleaned, deprimed, same make, same year, in quantity (say, 500+), should be about 6 to 7 cents each nowadays.
