1989 LC M852 still good?

I got a chance to buy 410 rounds of Lake City M852 match ammo manufactured in 1989. Is there any reason why 13 year old match ammo wouldn't be any good any more?

Well, I can think of a lot of reasons why it wouldn't be any good anymore; but if it has been stored under reasonably favorable conditions the odds are that it's just as good as the day it was made.

If it is in ammo cans or properly stored, life can almost be more than ours. I have M80 and M1 ammo back into the 30's and it still shoots fine. The date you have is noncorrosive, but with older ammo that is the only real concern - if it is corrosive. Then you need to pay extra attention to cleaning your gun.
The second admendment GUARANTEES the other nine and the Constitution!
