Hi, I'm not sure what the measurement of MOA is? This new scope said it adjustments are 1/10 MOA. What does that mean?

    Thanks

MOA does stand for "minute of angle". A simple explanation is that "1" MOA is equal to 1 inch at 100yards. 2 inches at 200 yards, 3inches at 300 yards...a 10 inch group at 1000 yards would be a 1MOA group. I know that is a simple explanation and someone on here will probably give a more scientific explanation. GHD

MOA is Minute Of Angle as you suspected. There are 60 minutes in each degree.
What it has to do with shooting is when speaking of group size (accuracy), as at 100 yards 1 MOA = 1.047 inchs (commenly rounded to 1 inch). Because it is a angle measurement, a 3 inch group at 300 yards is still considered 1 MOA (but in reality is harder to acheve due to other factors, like wind).
Groups are measured from the center of the 2 holes furtherest apart (or outside to outside minus 1 bullet diameter, same thing). The more shots in the same size group the better (MOA groups are more difficult to maintain with 10 shots than with 3)
