I have purchased both black powder and reg cartridge guns on this site. My question is:I do not have an FFL,but would like to sell some guns that I have no more use for(Shotguns rifles etc.) can this be done with out an FFL,if I sell to an individual?

I'm a private citizen who does not have an FFL. If I sell one of my personal guns on gunbroker Do I still need to ship it to an FFL the winner finds, or can I just ship it to the winner? I know in my state of Utah if I sold it I could make the excange without any crim check, but that's utah, What if I sell it to a person out side my state?

If an older gentleman has about 80 guns, what would be the best way to liquidate them? All are quality pieces.

If the gun is black powder or made 1898 or earlier, it can go right to the buyer. If the buyer has an FFL or C&R (and the gun is Curios and Relics eligible) it may go right to the buyer. If the buyer has no FFL and the gun doesn't meet the requirements above, it must be shipped to an FFL.
