What Type Ammo Not To Use For Mini-14

Ok, I bought my new toy, a preban stainless Mini-14. Have a lot of Remington .223 on hand but want to do a bit more shooting that is affordable. What should I stay away from in the foreign made ammo such as Wolf, surplus, etc.? Just going to shoot paper and plink.
Pack slow, fall stable, pull high, hit dead center.

(my mini-30 gobbles Wolf with no problem whatsoever, and at a buck fifty a box, it's never hungry!)
Nothing very, very good or very, very bad lasts for very, very long.

would not shoot the Chinese stuff, Norinco I think.
Don't send flowers when I die. Send money now, I can buy more ammo.
I've had good luck with the South African surplus that's floating around for around $35.00 - $40.00 for 300 round battle packs.
I use it in an AK and my Mini-30 with no problems but three times in two different Mini-14s I've had major problems. Twice my ejector has ripped the rim off the casing with Wolf in a Mini-14. Wolf is good-cheap plinking ammo, it just doesn't agree with Mini-14s.

Teach your wife/girlfriend to reload..HA HA HA
Sorry few years back an old blue mini14 with all wood stock came to live with me it was the "TOY" for a while. Put a Nikon scope on it and began working up reloads. I know everbody shoots one hole groups when nobodys around to see it, but feed right that old dog would hunt and did.
Critters around here still tell stories about.
Shot very little factory, but remember the winchester was good.
