Combat Handguns is the only mag for general circulation that has much of this material. Don't get too wrapped up in any one way of thinking on the subject of tactics. As a civilian, it's more important to have a clear understanding of the laws pertaining to armed defense, and of all your options for avoiding a shooting. "Tactics" will take care of themselves when you run out of avoidance options.

Weapons and tactics is one of the best it is published once a month, and covers tactics you wouldnt even imagine. It comes in the form of a thick papered 8 page study type guide.Hope this helps.

    Best!!
