AR-15 Chamber: NATO or SAAMI

I have one question for any AR-15 expert out there that may be able to help me. I have two pre-ban Colt AR-15's, how do I know if they have SAAMI spec chambers or NATO chambers? I have had them for many years and have fired all types of ammo through them with no problem. I was just curious after reading an article on Fulton Armory's website. Thanks in advance.

They're NATO. All military rifles are throated for NATO-spec ammo. That is all non-Commie bloc military.

Yea, from what I understand, all AR's are chambered to military throat demensions.

If I'm wrong please correct me, I won't be offended.

To be honest, have you ever heard ,read, seen posted anything about either one posing problems in the other.
The only problem I have ever actually seen is that the 1/12 barrels will not stabilize the M856 tracers well.

I will bet I have fired every load available to civilians in the USA.
