Sako Ring ?

HI, I bought a scope and it had a pair of Sako rings with it. My question is, the bottom is stamped 25.4? What does that mean?

Sako rings are special. If you are not going to use them for a Sako, my advise is to sell them on GB, as they are normally on demand.

Thanks guy! That is what I thought, however they had a thin plastic shim around the scope, so I wanted to make sure 25.4 was 1 inch. I guess they were trying to protect from ring marks.
