Help needed finding a Vepr II rifle.

Hello, folks. Sorry to bug you, but I just had a deal gone South, so, I need your help.
Basically, I had an agreement with Dave of Elite Firearms in Texas, who told me that he is a chief importer of Veprs into USA, to get a 7.62x39 hi cap Vepr with 20.5 inch barrel from him. Today, I call in, only to find out that he is closing the shop. Dave isn't there, one of his workers tells me about the situation. Now I am stuck without a rifle.
Anyone knows where I can get this rifle? We were talking about $650 bucks for it.
