Are the "Off Duty" and the "Undercover" interchangeable? Thanks

    They should be. Charter used the same grip frame on just about all their small guns.

    Yes. If your Charter Arms revolver is NOT a "Dixie Derringer" (similar to the NAA Minis):

    ...then ALL of the Charter Arms grips (Bulldog; Off-Duty; Undercover; Pathfinder; On-Duty) should fit any of the Charter Arms revolvers that you have. All of Charter's normal-size revolvers use this gripframe:

    It appears that Charter's hammerless revolver uses a variation of this gripframe, with an extended portion, to cover the area of the gun where the hammer would protrude (the variety of available grips will fit this one, too), shown with Crimson Trace LaserGrips:
