I looking to find a website that is selling magazines for the Jimenez Arms JA 22 .22lr. I have looked on the Jimenez website but they do not have a web store open. I have also tried e-bay and cheaper-than-dirt.

Of course you can buy them from the auction site on THIS website.
But I'm pretty Jimenez Arms will happily sell you a magazine if you just call them and ask:

Online Store coming soon
To order parts and/or accessories please call (877) 241-9938
Incidentally, you didn't ask, but I wouldn't spend $20 on a magazine for that pistol, unless it was in preparation to sell the gun.
Gun itself is notorious for poor build quality, poor accuracy, and especially poor reliability. Even if possible to polish the thing up to the point where it functions reliably, parts durability is still a real concern, making this a questionable choice for personal defense. Since the gun is effectively useless for any OTHER purpose (ie its not accurate enough for target shooting or hunting), I think that makes this gun effectively useless, period.
Responding to below.
OK, maybe "useless" is a bit harsh. . .I suppose I'd still rather have one of these in an emergency than nothing at all. Maybe I should have just said this model is a poor choice for self-defense, hunting, target shooting, or any other purpose. [;)]
From a cost/utility standpoint, this seems like a good deal at $100 or so, but I think its false economy because of poor reliability and fragility. For not that much more money, you can get something a lot better.
For example, if you're looking for a small lightweight defense gun, you can buy one of the NAA mini .22 revolvers for about $200, and although you're not going to get a lot of accuracy out of one of those either, they're at least reliable and durable. Used Kel-Tec 3At is also about $200, and that one is probably size comparable to this Jimenez, but in a better caliber. "Real" caliber derringers can also be had for about $125.
Etc
