According to the cross-over list. It was made by High Standard. H-S sold it as their Model 200.

    EDIT #1,

High Standard made store brand guns for a number of different chains and distributors. If you go over the various cross-over lists on the net, you might find others selling the H-S 200, using their Store Brand or Trade Name.

One of High Standard's claims for their shotguns was that the barrels were lock aligned and would not shoot loose. Changing barrels on a model 20 will require special tools for removal and reinstallation.

There were several generations of the model 20 between 1948 and about 1964 all were similar but a little different. When High Standard began selling them with their own name on them in 1960 it was the Flite King models. The Model 200 was a not introduced until few years after the Sears model 20 was replaced a Sears model 200 by a Winchester

Numrich's cross reference for Sears products made by High Standard is pretty bad.

It is true that after Sears left High Standard that High Standard made the Flite King for a number of other distributors and retailers.

Penny's.. Western Auto, Kroydon, American Canvas, Jerry's Sport Center, Gibson, Woolworth / Wolco, Zayre, Bonits Brothers, Western Hoegee, Gamble Skogmo , - there were about 20 and I don't recall all of them
