EDIT #1,
On second thought. Since it's been obviously bubbaed to a high degree. And the price is dirt cheap. Makes sure it's operable, and has all the required internal parts and isn't hot. Some time when a deal seems to be to good to be true. It really turns out that way.
Buy it. They have gone up in price substantially, since Clinton cut off the imports from China. Magazines aren't a problem, as long as you use the original Chinese 10 rounders. Stay away from the U.S. made hi-caps.

yea that was my thinking as well it seemed maybe a little too good. ..hmmm
At this point, all the surplus European SKS guns have dried up, even the Yugo ones; there are basically no more out there left to import. Believe it or not, the Chinese are still turning out SKS rifles, but they aren't legally importable into the USA any more, and haven't been for years. The recent Obama gun panic also pretty much blew all of these off the shelves everywhere.
So the days of the dirt-cheap SKS rifles are over now, and consequently, these have been going up in price considerably over the past few years.
The Chinese ones seem to be going for about $300-400 now on the auction site in good/excellent original condition.
Butler creek folding stock isn't particularly great, but there are plenty of aftermarket stocks out there you could swap it out for, if you liked. FWIW, I have a Butler Creek Monte Carlo stock on my Chinese SKS and really like it. These have been discontinued, but you can still find them, and other companies make similar ones that are probably just as good.
Assuming its in good functional shape (and yeah, not stolen) $200 is a great price for any SKS rifle in today's climate.
