Just go to ruger.com you can download the manual for free..or call ruger and they will mail you one for free. Disassembly isn't hard though. Drop the mag, pull slide back and push the ejector forward, push the slide lock lever out and the slide comes off, then take the guide rod & spring out and the barrel comes out of the slide. Assemble in reverse order. If you forget to push the the ejector back it will go back into place when a mag is inserted. P95's are very easy to take down for cleaning.
