Leftover Illinois Youth Season Deer Tag Question

Is one of these unfilled tags good for any deer season other than the 'late winter' season. A buddy was telling me that these tags are good for the 7 day shotgun season too, but I can't confirm that. If this is true, where can I go to confirm that?
