Heading to KS in a week. Plan on doing some pheasant hunting while there. Do you think #6 20ga heavy shot will handle them pheasants?

I hope you have deeeeeeeeep pockets because there's a lot of shooting
when you hunt pheasants.
I have personally liked using 12 ga #5 shot, high brass lead shells.

I did not realize how expensive the heavy shot is. I was given 5 boxes of 10 each.
I have used #6 12ga in the past. Just thought I would try my old browning a5 20ga for a change.
