I believe made 1n 1920, barrel stamped nickle steel, I think the receiver is nickel steel also. Bore is very good condition, stock is rough has several nicks and scratches. Also has a Marlin rangefinder peep site which I have never seen before and can find nothing about. (see other entry Marlin Peep site)Thanks pabooger
