A friend just called me and said a guy that works for him has a rifle to sell. I haven't seen it but here's what's stamped on it: Carlgustafsstaids gevarsf akton 1908 If somebody could give me an idea I'd appreciate it. I probabably won't go to the guys house tonight to get the action to build my next varmint gun on, but I would like to know what it is. GHD

ddhotbot, That was undoubtedly the fastest reply I've ever gotten!! Thanks!! What is the thing worth? I think the friend would buy it from the kid just to help the kid out! He's 15 and is already a Daddy!!!! The gun was his granddads and down the road he will wish he'd never sold it!! However a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do!! GHD

All depends on the condition, matching serial numbers etc. Most are an average of $180 to $280 depending on the condtion.
