Bullseye Gun Mfg ???

I picked up a neat little BB pistol manufactured by the 'Bullseye Gun Manufacturer' in Rawlings WY.(???). It is shaped like a 1911 .45 and is patented 1923-24. Does anyone know if this is the same company as the Bullseye Gunpowder manufacturer? It the pistol comes in a pretty 4-color box with a little rubber stamp for making targets. It also has a full tube of Bullseye BBs (oddly vary in size... would affect accuracy). I think it came with little (tin) crow targets that clamp on the side of the box (missing, but pictures on box show them). Does anyone know the value? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
