Baikal--45-70 Inserts

Baikal makes a Bounty Hunter 12 ga. they also make 45-70 bbl inserts for it, turning it into a dbl rifle. can anyone tell me how accurate they are? is it sighted? or there any accomodations made to add a sight, or scope? & if not, can it be done, & how?
