win 37 barrel

hi
i have a win37 with a bulge about 4in from the end and am having no luck finding a barrel,will a16ga or a 20ga fit on my 12ga frame?

    CUT THE BARREL BELOW THE BULGE AND HAVE WIN. CHOKES INSTALLED

    Mike gave you a good option or I would check with numrich gun parts and see if they have a barrel their no.is 914-679-2417.But Im pretty sure if you can find a 16ga barrel it will work as well.You should call Winchester to make sure on the 16 ga Barrel.I have a couple of model 37As and they are nice guns.

    GUN PARTS DOSN'T HAVE BARRELS FOR THE M-37 ALSO M-37A IS A TOTALY DIFFERENT GUN, PARTS DON'T INTERCHANGE.

    Hey 702, have you shot it with the bulge ? Sometimes it really doesn't affect the pattern. Most of the 37's Ive had are choked way to tight anyway. Otherwise cut the barrel - you'll have a better shooting gun. I had a Win 97 in college cut at 24" and I couldn't miss inside 30 yards.
