Hi, Does anybody know anything about these items. This one i'm referring to was dated 1925 and made by federal laboratories inc and n.t. co, carried both markings. It took a single 32 cal at a time that was loaded by unscrewing in the middle. My specific question is whether or not it is legal to list one of these on gunbroker and what might be the best way of doing so.

What you have, was originally manufactured and sold as a tear gas dispenser, not a firearm. The cartridge was loaded with a tear gas compound, along with a small propellent charge.

Since it's possible to chamber and fire a conventional bulleted cartridge, in my mind, it's legality is questionably?

I would check with the Feds and your local LEO's before putting it on the auction. If you don't, your risking a early morning wake-up call from the jack booted thugs.
