Which of the 1911 Colts has a "NM part number" stamped in the hood? If any? Was it the old National Match or the Gold Cup?

I probably should not attempt answer as it is a field in which I am not very well qualified but I believe the army bought national match grade barrels for replacement of barrels in accurized model 1911A1 pistols. I have a built up target .45 that has one of these barrels. It is marked .45 Auto and National Match with two series of numbers. The markings are stamped so that they are visible through the ejection port when the slide is in battery. FWIW

I'm like Herschel, but it was my understanding any of those major parts that were National Match, had NM stamped on it.
