Problem with Grendel P30

I fired my P30 for first time today. No jams. Will only index round when done manually. I have 2 magazines and same problem with both. Just would not index next round into chamber. Any ideas as to what may be the cause?

Pay no attention to the naysayers. The P30 was an innovative gun.
There is a collar that slides over the barrel. Disassemble the gun and reverse the collar.

After turning the collar around: I tried firing and the fired shell would not eject. Tried putting an unfired round through and the ejecter threw the shell about 6 ft. I have cleaned and lubricated, is there amything else I need to do before test firing again?

Have you detailed cleaned and lubed it? They, back in the day, had a rep for being iffy. If you had a good one, wow, great. I read where the guys who still are into the P30 often keep parts guns around to maintain their operational ones. Bottom line, parts and gunsmiths for the P30 are few and far between. Contact who you bought it from and make them pony up......

When you reassemble after a good detail cleaning; be sure to check that nothing is in/on/beneath the extractor claw, and that the claw lines up with the cutout on the barrel/breech face. Also use a toothpick to check function of the extractor spring-it should push down and return to a semi-flush position.
Are you sticking with the Win 40gr ammo? Good.
If the extractor functions and the spring isn't bound up; you may have to clean the chamber-get all the crap outta those tiny grooves, and make sure there's no oil in the chamber.
When you reassemble; make sure the slide rails are even on both sides of the frame- if both sides aren't exactly the same, try again.
Next tip-try 5 rounds to see if the mag spring is causing bad feeding; then try 15, 20,25,etc.
