What do you guys think tha value is for a S&W Model 15 2" that is 95% in the original box. It has a bobbed hammer that looks like it was done by someone who knew what he was doing.
I did a search for completed auctions and kept getting this "TIMMED OUT" BS [xx(]
We never got this crap with the old version [B)]

2 inch S&W seem to be bringing a premium. I would say at least $350.

[I couldn't get any completed auctions to load either]

edit = respond to LL below - Hammers are reasonably easy to replace.
I used to recruit for the NRA until they sold us down the river (again!) in Heller v. DC. See my auctions (if any) under username henryreilly

The bobbed hammer is a big turn off even if nicely done. The original box is a plus. I have a blued 2" model 15 I paid about $400 to for. Now waiting for a nickeled one to come along. I think $300 to $350 would be a fair price.

I have a blued 2" model 15 that I swapped a 3" model 60 for at the Big Reno Gun Show. Some would say I took it in the shorts, but it's just a great shooter.
The bobbed hammer would turn me right off because they shoot so well single action.
