I am unable to breakdown a 94 takedown I recently purchased.The magazine tube unscrewed no problem. Cannot seperate the barrel from the receiver , any suggestions ?

You must have mistyped the serial number. Serial number 1,500,000 was manufactured in May of 1948.

I removed the magazine tube and the wood furniture on the forearm , opened the action all the way.Tried to turn it counter clockwise , no give. Squirted some penetrating oil as best I could. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Did all of the above it won't budge . Someone mentioned play in the receiver and the barrel. This action is very tight no play whatsoever.

Soak the area in penetrating oil. Then warm up the thread area with a hair dryer. Let it cool. A few cycles should get the oil in deeper.
I'll try the penetrating oil and the hair dryer. I can see evidence on the receiver and the stock where someone had it in an unpadded vice.
