This is a Winchester model 70, very good shape.
Serial no. -- 1528033. A local gun store quoted that it was approximately 5 years old and worth around $150.00. I'm checking this out for a widow whose husband passed away 4 weeks ago. Thank you in advance for any information.

What caliber is it, depending on the caliber there is a price difference

The widow has two rifles a winchester model 70 30-06. Exelent condition. The other is a model 94 winchester 32 sp. ser #1528033.

Ok, the 06 is listed between $700- $300 or less, pretty common so not worth alot, the 94 $300 or less

The original question was for a win. mod 70 It is a model 94 with ser.# 1528033. cal. 32. sorry about the mix up. My daughter was doing the typing and I was giving her the wrong information.
