Does anyone know of a source for 250 grain jacketed semi wadcutter bullets for 45 Colt? One of the ranges I shoot at doesn't allow cast lead bullets, you have to have FMJ.
Thanks

Try Midway, Rainier makes a copper plated 250 gr. swc ,.452" dia bullet. Midway product # 753419 for box of 1000. I have used the 200 gr in Comp. 45 ACP pistols to avoid leading. You will probably need to taper crimp as there is no crimping groove.

You can "roll your own" though with a hand-powered tool (their catalog #HCT-1 for about $70) available from http://www.corbins.com/corbin.htm. They can sell you all you need to make your own bullets as well, if you're so inclined.
