Bought some surplus powder

This is going to be my first experience with surplus. I picked up an 8 LB jug of WC852 (I think, I don't have it in front of me) that approximates H414. As H414 is at the top of many load lists in my load book I figured it would be a good start place. One question: The label says it is a little slower than regular H414 but H414 load data should be used, starting with the start load. I'm a little curious about max loads though. If it is a little slower than the civilian powder, would max loads not be a little higher than those listed?
