Re-lining

Can anybody tell me if it safe to re-line a 7x57mm remington rolling block barrel, and if so do you know anybody that does it. Early spanish mausers Mod 93"s came from the factory with lined barrels so i know it's been done.. Any thougts on this!

    It's generaly considered unsafe to reline barrels for "high pressure" cartridges. Rimfire and BP cartridges yes, but smokeless centerfire cartridges no.
