western field 22 pump value

saw a guy locally selling a pump wards/western field 22 rifle, possibly model 80? whats a fair price for one of these in pretty good condition.

    not much to work with here, Rusty.
    Mossberg made a lot of "western Field" product, but no pumps that I know of. The Noble 235 is my best guess here.
    Any .22 rifle that works and is in decent shape is worth $100.
    You won't be able to find parts for some of the older and less common rifles, at least not easily.

    On the other hand no .22 made for Wards, Sears ect. is worth over $200 and most not over $150 unless they are very close to 100%. There is just no collector market to speak of so they sell as shooters. You might lowball him and be prepared to dicker some.
