Square butt model 28-2 ?
(I would ask the seller but he may not know and is busier than a one-armed paperhanger dealing with all the charity actions)

Semper Fi
Remember Ruby Ridge.
Experience is the best teacher and usually charges accordingly.

I used to recruit for the NRA until they sold us down the river (again!) in Heller v. DC. See my auctions (if any) under username henryreilly

Both the M27 and M28 are N Frames, but it is sometimes hard to look at an aftermarket grip and determine round or square butt. I know that you said the poster was busy, but before you put any more money into the auction you may want to check with them. The auctions run to the 15th so they should have enough time to give you an answer in the next couple days.
Following are pix. of both mono and gonco grips, sq. butt are the first two and round the last two. My comparing them to the auction pix I'd say that the auction is for sq. butt ... however it isn't my money on the line[:D]
If you only have time to do two things so-so, or one thing well ... do the one thing!
