I have an opportunity to buy An FN40 S&W 40 for a reasonable price. It is used but appears to have never been fired. I have never had any experience with the New FN products nor have I owned a 40 cal., so I am looking for some feedback on the new FN handguns and how they compare with Sigs, S&Ws, Glocks, and SpringfieldsI already have 45s, 9mms, 357s, so I just need info on the 40s.

Thanks, Thirsty 23.

Bought one new 2 years ago and it hasnt jammed once. It is very accurate, well built, and overall a great pistol.

Thanks for the input. I have an old FN browing in 9mm I brought back from Vietnam and have had many years of wonderful service from it but have had no experience with their newer products. Glad they are still producing good firearms.
