Are c-more red dots used by the military?

I was considering getting one as they are less expensive than eotechs but wanted something was good enough for military use.

I have not seen them.
That being said, they may be used in unauthorized configurations.

Also, Mil-Spec or "good enough for military use" doesn't necessarily mean that they are any good. We use our share of crap, just like everybody else.

C-More's website says they're used in IPSC. I'm sure we've got IPSC shooters here that will let you know whether they're worth the money.

All the military optics I have seen are Trijicon Acog's ( Advanced Combat Optical Gunsights).

I suspect one reason they prefer Acog's is they dont use batteries like the C-More sight.

I have Trijicon TA01's on 2 of my rifles and love them.

I have only use an Eotech great product IMO. they also make the Bushnell holosights for about half the cost of genuine eotech

I have a Cmore Scout, excellent sight, but I couldnot see it being durable enough for military use. Stick with eotech or Trijicon for heavy duty use, IMO.
