colt woodsman third series value

i am looking at a colt woodsman .22 third series SN 1674xx-S six inch barrel. i don't have any pics its still at the gun store. it is in great condition comes with two clips. do you have any ideal what it is worth?, the owner is asking $350 for it.

    ...VG to Xlnt Cond should bring $400 up, with box and papers more. I have a Match Target with the 6"(?) barrel that is around the transition time from the 2nd to the 3rd Series, Colt said anyway...1953 and the shorter 4"(?)barrel models seem to bring more than the heavy (bull) long barrel...[;)]

    It was made in 1957. I've never seen a woodsman in really good condition go for $350. Most at that price are pretty abused, finish gone, some pitting, heavy use. If it is in excellent condition that is a very good price.

    thanks for the info guys. there is no rust or beat up marks it seems all the bluing is there. it does show a little usage. but over all i would say it it in pretty good condition.

    well i bought it yesterday. damn that gun feels good in my hand. I'll post pics when i pick it it up
