    Hello Pete,

    NO, it is not a "semi-deluxe" Model 1894. Instead, it is a special order gun, but it not completely factory original (Winchester almost never checkered just the forearm stock). In order to be a "semi-deluxe", it would need to have a pistol grip buttstock.

    My personal take, is that the seller has it way over-priced. Also, it is not a bonafide "antique" as suggested in the listing.
