Aimpoint Electronic Scope batteries

Where can you get replacement batteries for these older Aimpoint Electronic Scopes? I have the models that use the two 1.5v batteries. Tried Radio Shack, nothing even close. Any ideas where to find these? I tried the CR123 single battery, but it is too long to clear the battery compartment. thanks in advance!!

Hello TRY a Camera shop . Also if I remember correctly there is a battery made up of a number of cells that you can take the cover off and use some of the cells for the correct fit and voltage. Another place is BATTERIES PLUS if you have one in your area.

Try Radio Shack. They might be expensive but likely have one that will work. The store I was at was not overly helpful when I mentioned a gun sight application.

try www.swatchbattery.com ...they have it all, and at prices a jeweler, or camera shop will not even come close.

TIPS-
Before installing wipe battery/batteries off w/denatured (rubbing)alcohol, and don't let fingers (skin oil) touch.

Occasionally (not alot)wipe off battery/batteries. This is a sealed compartment, battery/batteries will gas, and crystalization occurs which can/will become an insulator causing contact problem.
