Presentation Winchesters

According to a "Tales Of The Gun" episode on the History Channel a presentation Winchester rifle has been given to every US President since Lincoln. Does anyone know if Bill Clinton was given or accepted a Winchester rifle? Also, has President Bush gotten one yet?
