Orlite Vs. Thermold

What are your preferences on these mags. I have heard the Orlite mags will split if you leave them loaded for an extended period of time.
I just bought an AR-15 H-BAR and a thermold mag came with it. I haven't shot it with the thermold mag. The previous owner said he had feeding problems with it.

    I have uesed both im my Bushmaster and they work first time every time. The Thermolds when used on full auto with a blank firing adaptor tend to melt. It does not do this with standard ammo. The Isralie Milatary do not make things that do not work. Some weapons are finikie as to what they will or will not use. In a Mil Spec weapon both work very well. My 2 cents
