the 102 is a circa 1958 gun. the tournament is the lowest of the 3 top target guns. trophy and citation being the top 2. the tournament lacks a sear adjustment feature. the tournamnet 102 is a strong gun and can beat the newest of guns in accuracy. solid and dependable. it most likely will work throughout your life and your childrens...as it did for you uncle. you should be proud to own it and you will turn heads and get the nod from oldtimers at the range when you pull it out. shoot only standard velocity bullets in it. cci greentags will give you the best performance. i use 6 of them in my shooting school and because of the coke bottle grips, they can be used by leftys and rightys. the trigger is not adjustable. only the backlash is. if you dont have it adjusted right, the gun will misfire. never dry fire a hi std. always us a spent case or snap cap. tell me about the bbl. it should be a 6 3/4" tapered bbl. if not, the bbls have been switched on it. w/o seeing it, its about a 400.00 gun. mags are 35.00 and should be the blue steel follower type.
