winchester 88 dissassembly

Hey everyone, i have a very dirty winchester 88...i took it out of the stock and i tried to get the insides out...im stuck don't know what to take out to get everything to come out...will somebody give me some info on dissassembly of this gun

    I don't know anything specific about disassembling the 88, but would like to refer you to the "NRA Guide to Rifles & Shotguns" #3, Copyright 1980, ISBN 0-935998-32-2.

    They have the disassembly instructions for the 88, in the above edition. Wether the later editions of this Guide, have it also,I don't know?

    you will need slave pins to put it back together also

    what are the slave pins for? just curious? i have taken apart bolts and semis, single shots, and pumps but never a lever, it looks comlicating

    got her apart...i now see what the slave pins are for...any ways the hammer came out of the gun...will somebody please tell me how to put this back in...i have tried very long fumbling with it and it still won't go back in place
