I want to put an Extended Thumb Safety on my Colt 1911-A1, but I want one that is like what Kimber has on guns, it's very smooth! no sharp edge like some have. Who makes something like this??

It will hurt you, More than it will hurt me..

Thanks for all the help!

This may sound stupid but cant you order one from Kimber?? I would also try www.brownells.com They carry just about everything for a 1911.

Not sure if they using them, but when they first came out the small parts for a Kimber were all Chip Mccormick parts. So if you buy Chip Mccormick parts from Brownells or wherever they should be just like Kimber stuff.
