I've used a couple to build weapons. Shipped quickly and gave no problems.

Most all are mil-spec, have heard some of the very early ones were cast. I have had no problems with mine. It would currently be a felony to build a pistol using a PWA lower. Even the OA-98 pistol lowers are heavily modified to come within current weight restrictions. You would be ahead to just buy an OA-98, a Bushmaster Carbon 15 pistol, or wait to see if the assault weapon ban sunsets, so the 50 oz maximum weight requirement is lifted.
