Kimber Custom 1911 Feeding Problem

I own a Kimber Custom 1911 .45 and for some reason this weapon jams on the last round of every clip that I use. I've tried three different brands of ammunition and the problem still occurs. Even the Kimber clip that came with the weapon displays the same problem. I'm thinking about buying some different clips for this weapon but I would like to hear from anyone that could give me some sound advice first.

Thanks and good shooting...

If you are reloading, check your overall length...I ran into one that wouldn't feed reliably because the rounds were just a tad long... Also the magazine spring pressure on the last round is less than all of the others and that will enhance feeding problems on the last round if there's a length problem... Good luck....

Hello you stated that you have tried more than one mag so at the chance at least one of them being good the next thing to try is the slide stop pin.The part that projects into the mag well is used by the mag follower to hold open the slide after the last round is fired. Some time these are not fitted correctly and the slide stop pin moves on the last round and drags on the slide to cause jams.
