A freind is wanting to trade a Winchester 30-30 94 Made in 1971 Says it nickle plated I never seen one has anyone seen one or know what it would be worth He said it was in great shape

    Hello drygulchanstan,

    Unless you like cheap, trashy looking guns, it isn't worth more than $100 - $125. Winchester did not nickel plate Model 94 Carbines in 1971 (or anytime near that date).

    The reason this was done is because those 70s guns would not take a bluing job.Mostly they are chromed instead of nickled.
