"vintage" Lyman reloader

I recently inherited an old Lyman reloader from my father's estate. I have tried to research information on it through the internet but haven't found anything useful. I even tried the Lyman site. Not being proficient in "reloader lingo" I will try to descibe the tools the best I can. The first piece looks like a table clamp with a wooden handle and a crank. The shells fit perfectly and I am guessing it might be some sort of a crimper. The other two pieces are attached to a board that also holds 25 shells. One is a silver cylinder with a push handle. Maybe it's a packer...the other piece has a wooden handle and looks to be a deprimer. The only piece with info on it is the cylinder. It reads Lyman 16, Middlefield, Conn. There are also 75 brass shells made by ALCAN Corp in Italy. Some have live primers, none are comletely loaded. There is also a metal measure or scoop. Any info on these reloading tools would be helpful.
