Springfield 45 XD - yea or nay?

I shot one that belongs to a friend and liked it. But I want to know more about the gun before buying one --- or another 45.

Its the Glock for Glock haters pretty much. I dont like the grips safety, trigger, and angle of the grip. They are well made though and if you like the feel, its a good gun. I just shoot better with a Glock for some reason.

I have the XD 45. It fits my hand well and has been 100% reliable.
Thats what counts.

I shot one yesterday and it was a pleasant surprise,May have to save my coins in the furture and buy one. Cowbellers said they can't keep them in stock and sold over 300 last month and only sold 12 glocks and the 9mm round isn't selling at all they want the 45s.

Tried an XD 45 about 3 months ago and loved it. Come bonus time (2 weeks ago) I bought the new compact XD 45 model for CC. I absolutely love it. I've only had the opportunity to shoot around 100rds through it but it fed and ejected flawlessly. A+++.

I got the XD 45 last year & I love it came with 2-13 round clips with a clip holder, a clip loder & holster. Shoots like a champ. am planning to get a 2nd one.[:D] I am new just got here today Dan
