I am looking for web sites that help you with your shooting of a pistol. Web sites that have tips what to do and info on things to try that will help.
any info will help.
Thanks

I have a situation and I need some advice. Tommorow, I am taking a friend of mine shooting. He is currently in the military and has experience with the AR family. He doesn't have much experience shooting pistols and I am going to rectify that. The problem is he has a minor shake in his hands from lymes disease(from the tick). I want his experience to be a pleasant one. I was thinking about man size targets and point shooting instead of informal target shooting. Is there any pointers out there that I can show him?

If you could set up a shooting table type arrangement, he could shoot from a rest position. That may help to minimize his shaking.

This is a very simplistic answer but it is true.

Align the sights, squeeze the trigger; sight alignment is more important than the shakes from human movement.

Even with tremors if the sights are aligned when the gun goes BANG; it will hit where intended.

    Update:

Took you guys advice. I tried different handguns but he really fell in love with my Colt king Cobra .357 ss 4". He liked the heavier gun as it seemed to steady him more. Now I have created a monster, he WANTS ONE. I broke his heart when I told him they don't make them anymore but that I would watch for a deal and let him know. Thanks for all your help. We just added another one to the ranks.[^][^]
