Kimber Target Match

My brother in law is about to purchase one of these -

I've never owned a Kimber, but I've heard good things about them. Anybody have any experience with these guys?

    I have owned a Stainless Kimber Gold Match for the past eight years. It is very accurate and has been 100% reliable with every type of ammo I have fired though it.

    I have a few Kimbers with my favorite being a Gold Combat and it as well as my others have been great. I think the target match is a good choice.

    My wife shoots a Kimber Target (I forget which one),it's as reliable and accurate as my Les Baer Premier II. If the Kimber Guns were in production when I bought the Baer I could have saved a god bit of money. Not to say I don't like the Les Baer.

    I have the same Kimber pistol and find it to be more accurate than my Colt Gold Cup that I shot in NRA pistol Comp in the 1970's.

    The kimbers are fantastic pistols. I also have a couple of compact that is love.
